One finished month can be the whole engagement. If one month is the right size, that is the engagement. If the gap is long, the letter says so and the fee matches the length. Either way you can see the next action without a speech about transformation.
The name on the door is help because that is the search that brought you. You wanted the books brought forward. You get the sequence that does it, and a person who will tell you when the sequence should stop.
